Join us as we skim the surface of what shadow work is. Why we need to take it seriously and what it means to navigate it with a guide or on your own. Work books and other things we will work through together as a group. These live classes will help us navigate self work and shadow work as a whole. 1 individual session a month will be discounted to $50 extra to opt in to allow individual time. This class will help you navigate the shadow side and understand more about one’s self. Classes will be 1 hour over zoom.
